Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night service included.
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail to info@kattihouse.com
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
